Jacqueline Smith is the CEO of Evergreen Real Estate Partners and a Founding Partner with PLACE, leading one of the top-performing teams in the Pacific Northwest and one of the most profitable real estate organizations nationwide.

Jacqueline built Evergreen with a focus on profitability, structure, and leadership development. She transitioned out of production in 2017 to operate as a true CEO, focusing on recruiting, performance coaching, and building scalable systems. She is known for developing agents into disciplined business owners. Her work centers on helping agents build sustainable, repeatable businesses that generate consistent income and long-term wealth. She is also an active real estate investor, owning residential and commercial rental properties, and brings an operator’s lens to building wealth inside and outside of sales production.

In addition to leading Evergreen, Jacqueline teaches and speaks regularly on team growth, recruiting, profitability, mindset, systems and models, and high-performance execution. She is committed to developing leaders inside her organization and equipping other team leaders to build durable, scalable businesses that produce results year after year.

Jacqueline is also the co-host of the 15 Point Plan podcast, where she teaches performance habits and execution frameworks to real estate professionals nationwide. Outside of business, she is a wife and mother of four boys and earned her private pilot license in 2025.
